Terms of Service

CEO Fantasy League (“CFL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by CEO Fantasy League LLC. We provide an educational strategy competition platform that allows users to track, analyze, and compete based on the real-world performance of publicly traded companies and their leadership.

To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Student accounts in the classroom program are created and managed by a licensed educator and may be used by students of any age within an approved classroom context.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. CEO Fantasy League LLC is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You represent that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. You agree to keep your account information up to date.

CFL offers individual subscription plans that provide access to AI-powered research tools, market analytics, and other premium features:

• Teacher — Monthly or annual billing. Designed for K–12 and classroom educators.
• Professor — Monthly or annual billing. Designed for college-level instruction and advanced curriculum.
• Analyst — Monthly or annual billing. Professional-grade analysis tools.

Subscription features, pricing, and plan availability are described on the pricing page and are subject to change with advance notice.

In addition to subscriptions, users may purchase standalone CFL league access for a fixed period (6-month or 1-year). Standalone league purchases are one-time payments and grant access to league participation for the specified duration. They do not include AI research tools or other subscription features unless separately subscribed.

The Homeschool plan provides a single educator account and student seats (1–5 students) under a monthly recurring subscription with graduated pricing. The educator is responsible for the appropriate use of the platform by all students enrolled in their account. Students in the Homeschool plan may only participate through the educator’s account structure.

For deployments requiring more than 5 student seats, institutional licensing, or school or district-wide access, please contact us.

By purchasing a subscription or standalone product, you authorize CEO Fantasy League LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for subscriptions) or as a one-time charge (for standalone purchases), at the rates displayed at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. CFL does not store full payment card numbers. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s end-user terms.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your subscription features until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period unless required by applicable law.

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy. We do not promise automatic refunds for subscription charges. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us and we will review your request.

Certain subscription plans may include complimentary CFL league access as part of the subscription benefit. These entitlements are associated with an active, paid subscription. Complimentary entitlements expire when the associated subscription ends or is cancelled. Entitlement boundaries and league duration limits are described in the product features for each plan.

CFL provides AI-powered research and educational tools. All AI-generated content, including company analysis, CEO profiles, market summaries, quiz questions, and related outputs, is produced for educational and informational purposes only. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should independently evaluate all AI-generated content before relying on it for any purpose.

CFL does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output.

All market data, company information, rankings, scores, analyses, and related content on the CFL platform are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, brokerage advice, trading recommendations, tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice of any kind. CEO Fantasy League LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment or financial decision. CFL’s gameplay scores and rankings reflect simulated competition mechanics and should not be interpreted as assessments of real-world investment performance.

Educators who register for a classroom or Homeschool plan are responsible for ensuring age-appropriate use of the platform within their classroom or learning environment. Educators must supervise student activity and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and school policies governing student data and online learning tools.

Student accounts may only be created and managed through an approved educator account. Students may not create individual accounts independently through the classroom program.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or CFL’s infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying systems.
• Post, transmit, or distribute harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden CFL’s systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use standards.

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or events beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Significant changes to paid features will be communicated in advance.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with CEO Fantasy League — including the platform, its AI outputs as a collective work, and all CFL-branded materials — are owned by or licensed to CEO Fantasy League LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended educational and competitive purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from CFL’s proprietary content without written permission.

CFL integrates with third-party services to deliver its functionality, including:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Market data providers — real-time and historical market information used for gameplay and research features.
• AI model providers — large language models that power CFL’s research and educational AI tools.

Your use of these integrated services may be subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. CFL is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CEO Fantasy League LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall CFL’s total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the amount you paid to CEO Fantasy League LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, CFL’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms other users or CFL’s systems. We will provide reasonable notice where feasible.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us through the contact page. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees except as required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
